Imagine: 3 Weeks and 11 months

Three weeks from today we could be watching Hillary Clinton concede the nomination to Barack Obama.

Eleven months from today Barack Obama stands tall with his hand on the Bible. Then walks George W Bush out of the White House for good.  

Can you imagine this moment in time?  The two men who have, in opposite ways, inspired so many of us to get involved in the political process, walking together. But one of them walking alone, while one of them walks with the power of millions behind him - the true power given to him by the people, given to him by us.

The Clinton campaign is hanging by a thread. They are getting blown out consistently from coast to coast. They are losing the white vote. They are losing the Latino vote. They are now forced to win in Ohio and win in Texas on March 4th by significant margins.

If they fail to do that, Clinton will fall behind in pledged delegates permanently. If that happens then the only way she can win is by hoping that super delegates reverse the potentially resounding decision of the voters and in doing so, reject the brightest star that the Democratic party has seen since John F Kennedy.

Let's go for the knock out blow now. Let's keep the momentum in Hawaii and in Wisconsin. Then let's win Texas and win Ohio.
