Experience is meaningless. Age is meaningless.

The most important factors in determing whether someone will be great is if they are simply a natural at what they do. And if they truly love what they do and have the physical energy to grow in their field.

Having 30 or so years of experience doing things the wrong way is not 30 of experience at all.  Instead it's 1 year of experience 30 times over. (I work with many people like this).

The above list is of people who we would never accuse of needing more experience. They have all perfected their field because they are naturals - born to do what it is they do. They are all younger than Barack Obama, who has been an elected official several years longer than Senator Clinton.

So who else is younger than Obama?  It's a fun game to play...
